Your submission is emailed to [email protected] using Microsoft 365 (the same mail platform we use for all KCIT correspondence). A copy of the submission is also stored on the kcit.co server, which is hosted in Australia and sits behind Cloudflare's network for spam and abuse protection.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by Australian law or a valid court order.

5. How long we keep it

If you do not become a client of KCIT, we retain your enquiry for 24 months after the last contact, then delete it. If you do become a client, we retain the relevant records for the duration of the engagement and seven years afterwards to comply with Australian tax and corporate record-keeping requirements.

6. Cookies and similar technology

kcit.co does not set tracking cookies. The only cookies set by this site are essential cookies required for the page to function (for example, a session cookie if you submit a form). Cloudflare may set a security cookie to identify and block automated abuse — this cookie contains no personal information.
